The history of Restaurant Hiramatsu Hiroo began in 1982, when a small restaurant called Hiramatsu-tei opened on a backstreet in Tokyo’s Nishi-Azabu district popularly known as “Chichukai-doori” (Mediterranean Street).

Since then we have steadfastly pursued the true spirit of gastronomy, and today are preparing to evolve to a new level with the next generation of Hiramatsu chefs. Restaurant Hiramatsu Hiroo serves French cuisine that seeks to make the most of its ingredients, bringing together the finest produce from around Japan and worldwide, and creating culinary works of art that bring out all their freshness and flavour.
