Getting There

Q1:How do I get to Restaurant Hiramatsu Hiroo from the closest train station?

We are located a one-minute walk from Exits 1 and 2 of Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. After exiting the station, walk from the Hiroo-bashi intersection toward Arisugawa Park, and you will find the restaurant on your left. Use Google Maps for more detailed directions.

Q2:Do you have parking?

We do not have parking but can direct you to a metered parking lot nearby. Guests who plan to drive are asked to refrain from imbibing alcoholic beverages.

About the Restaurant

Q1:Do you have a private dining room?

Yes, we have three private rooms. The size and furnishings of each room are unique, with the largest accommodating up to 14 people. Please refer to the Dining Spaces page for more details. Note that we charge a room fee of ¥20,000 (tax excluded) for parties of five or fewer. You can also reserve the whole restaurant for a private event. Contact us for more details.

Q2:Do you have a smoking section?

In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s ordinance on the prevention of passive smoking, smoking is prohibited on the premises.

About the Cuisine

Q1:Can I bring my own wine?

You may bring your own wine, but we charge a corkage fee of ¥10,000 per bottle (tax excluded).

Q2:Are children allowed in the restaurant?

If you are accompanied by children not yet in elementary school, you may only dine in one of the private rooms. If you would like a children’s meal, let us know when you make the reservation.

Q3:Do you have any souvenirs to take home?

Yes, we sell exclusive chocolates. They are ¥2,400 for a box of six or ¥4,600 for a box of twelve (tax included). The chocolates are not available from July to September.

Q4:I want to visit for a celebratory meal. Can you arrange something special?

Yes, let us know when you make the reservation, and we will prepare a small cake with a written message. We can also present a bouquet of flowers or a whole cake at additional cost.

Q1:Is there a dress code?

We recommend elegant casual dress. Men are expected to wear a jacket for dinner.

Q2:Can I take pictures?

You are free to take pictures of your meal, but please refrain from photographing the art. Please also refrain from using flash photography to avoid disturbing other guests.

Q3:What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay). We ask that payment be made on the day of your visit.

Q4:What is your cancellation policy?

If you make a same-day cancellation or cancel without notice, we charge for the cost of the food that you ordered. If you made a reservation without selecting a specific menu (seat-only reservation), the cancellation fee amounts to ¥14,000 per person for lunch and ¥28,000 per person for dinner. For parties of six or more, the fee will apply to cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. three days prior to the reservation date.
